More than sixty years ago, two women from the same small town in northern France met for the first time on a ship bound for the U.S. Their final destination was North Tonawanda, New York, a suburb of Buffalo and the hometown of their G.I. husbands. Today, their sons are partners in a company with a remarkable new product that reflects their heritage.

André Pazik & Dan Kornacki are the co-founders
of Bubble Flow, Inc. and together they created BubbleFlo™, a remarkable new instrument that monitors the fermentation of wine (and beer) and enables anyone to achieve greater consistency and higher quality in their
home winemaking.

André Pazik
Executive Vice President & CTO, is a former teacher with a passion for fine food and wine. During his successful careers in criminal justice and education, Andre’s interest in winemaking continue to grow. His experiments in monitoring fermentation led to the invention of the BubbleFlo™ system.

Daniel C. Kornacki
President & CEO, is a graduate of the RochesterInstitute of Technology with an MBA from Purdue as a General Motors Fellow. A successful entrepreneur in search of a viable intellectual property, Dan was introduced to Andre’s work and immediately saw the potential for creating an exciting product that would assist home winemakers worldwide in making great wine every time.
